These terms of service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and jaradc, the creator and operator of jar Discord Bot (the “Bot”). By using the Bot, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.
1.1. The Bot is intended for legitimate and lawful purposes, including moderation and an economy system on Discord servers.
1.2. You agree not to use the Bot for malicious, harmful, or illegal activities.
2.1. jaradc may collect and use data from the Bot, including server data, for the purpose of improving and maintaining the Bot’s functionality.
2.2. Server data may be retained for up to 7 days after the removal of the Bot from your server. This data will be used exclusively for the purposes stated in these Terms.
3.1. jaradc is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Bot.
4.1. jaradc reserves the right to terminate your access to the Bot at its discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
5.1. jaradc reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Bot.
